Dried chanterelle mushrooms are a convenient way to keep mushrooms in your pantry for an extended period of time. Chanterelle mushrooms are highly sought after in Europe for their velvety consistency and woodsy, earthy flavour. They’re known for their golden colour, meaty texture and unique trumpet shape. Delicious with poultry or in an omelette!
Tip: If your recipe calls for fresh mushrooms, divide the quantity by 9 to convert to dried mushroom equivalent. Our 20g pack converts to an equivalent of about 180g fresh mushrooms when reconstituted. To reconstitute, simply soak the dried mushrooms in warm water (not hot) for 15-20 minutes. The water makes a great stock when done!

Easy to keep on the pantry shelf for when needed in recipes. Really flavoursome when reconstituted with water. The water can be used for pasta and omelettes when using the mushrooms.
