Conservas Emilia is a family owned company located in Santoña on the Bay of Biscay in Spain. They have specialised in the production of premium quality canned seafood using traditional Spanish methods since the late 1980’s. Their approach is based on the simple philosophy of buying the best and treating it simply. What this means is a close relationship with the local fishing fleet that draws out of the cold waters of the Bay of Biscay and an incredibly rigorous handling and canning process.
