We love them!  Small pork sausages have been cooked in a delicious piquant espelette pepper sauce. Perfect served with drinks or as part of a platter or tapas-style feast. Simply reheat, in the microwave if you wish, and serve.

about the producer

Maison Godard was founded in 1978 by Alain and Michèle Godard in Gourdon, a medieval village inside the Quercy-Périgord region of France. Using only the best produce  from the region they became renowned for the supreme quality of their foie gras, specialities with foie gras, confits, pâtés and ready made-meals. Later their children Pascal and Annabel joined the business to continue the tradition of quality and authenticity that the family is famous for.

Sausages 68% (pork meat and pork fat meat, salt, spices, mustard, dextrose, sucrose, antioxidant: ascorbic acid E300). Sauce: tomato, water, onion, cream (milk), olive oil, garlic, modified starch, salt, sugar, Espelette chilli pepper 0.3%, pepper.
