This beautiful maple syrup from Canada is designated Grade 1 under the Canadian classification scale. This means that it is the purest, most translucent and subtly flavoured maple syrup you can get. It’s just sublime.
You can use maple syrup in baking instead of honey or sugar (if replacing sugar reduce the quantity of other liquids by 25%). Or glaze your ham with it for a really unique flavour. Our favourite uses are to drizzle it over pancakes, panna cotta, and ice cream and if you really want to be decadent, brush it over bacon before frying it up! Yum!
