Made to a recipe created by a Dr. Kitchener back in 1817, it has a fabulous flavour and consistency. Apart from being sensational poured over puddings, try it poured over baked custard and oven roasted fruits.

To serve simply remove the cap and warm up with a short burst in the microwave or stand in a saucepan of warm water for a short while before use. Do not boil.
