Bowles Lamb Jus is made from specially selected lamb and veal bones, simmered and reduced over 36 hours to give you a smooth natural lamb flavoured reduction. It is ideally used to enhance or extend flavours for game meats and lamb dishes like pie mix, ragu, braises, and pan sauces. It can be kept for up to 6 weeks in the fridge after opening, or it can be frozen until needed again.
