Made from beautiful Australian purple garlic which is held at low temperature and high humidity to reach flavour perfection. This is a beautifully balanced black garlic aioli with just the right touch of lemon. Made with premium quality sunflower oil and luscious black garlic. It’s sensational on a burger or as a dipping sauce with skewers. You can use it in salads and it’s a great garnish on smoked salmon. Gluten free, contains egg.

Garlicious Grown is a farm based business in Braidwood, NSW. The garlic benefits from the cold frosty winters there bringing forth wonderful flavour. Purple Monaro hard neck garlic is grown in soil enriched with farm made compost, rice straw mulch and rain. Garlic is progressively harvested from mid-November and hung to maximise flavour with moisture moving down the stalks to the cloves. The heads are cleaned and slowly cooked on farm with controlled temperature and humidity. There are no extra ingredients just pure unadulterated garlic.
