The classic Italian Bellini cocktail is lightly alcoholic and fruity, fresh and light; a refined symbol of elegance. The blend of white peach puree with crisp Prosecco was created and served at the famed Harry’s Bar in in Venice. It has since become famous all around the world.

This jar of Bellini Peach Puree from Italian producer Ca de la Pasina is the perfect way to make your own authentic Bellini cocktail at home. It’s based on the original recipe of white peaches, lemons and blackcurrants and is ready to mix with Prosecco. And it contains no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.

When making a Bellini, everything – the glasses, Prosecco and Bellini white peach puree – should be as cold as possible before you start. This jar of Bellini Peach Puree can be combined with a bottle of Prosecco in a (chilled) jug to make enough for about 10 Bellini cocktails. Or simply pour 30ml into a champagne glass and top up with Prosecco (or your favourite sparkling wine) for a single serve. Cin Cin!!

White peach nectar, lemon juice, brown sugar, blackcurrant juice. Antioxidant L Ascorbic acid. Added sugar 60g per litre. Gluten Free.

    I am transported to a warm summer’s day, by the sparkling azure waters of Positano. Ripe, golden peaches perfectly puréed. Just add Prosecco and you’ve got the best Bellini anywhere outside of Italy! I’m into my 3rd bottle of this delicious peach purée!
