This fabulous Aperitif Boxed Seafood selection has been put together by French producer Ferrigno under the brand Les Belles de Marseille. It comprises four tins of exquisite canned seafood delicacies that are ideal for a platter of aperitif snacks. Inside the nicely presented box is a tin of each of these:

Tapenade – a delicious blend of black olives, extra virgin olive oil and anchovies.

Anchovy Mousse – a deliciously flavoured anchovy mousse to spread on crackers or bread.

Sardines Rillettes with Preserved Lemon – a delicious sardine spread with a zesty lemon flavour.

Sardines cream with Eggplant – this is a gorgeous spread prepared with sardines and eggplant which gives it a subtle smoky flavour.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Les Belles de Marseille canned seafood is produced by French company, Ferrigno. They have their own fishing fleet in Port Saint Louis du Rhone, in Provence in the heart of the Mediterranean region, and their own plant located less than 100m from the port which is how they ensure quality and freshness all the way.
