Ancel Creme Brulee Mix from France is the perfect way to make this delicious dessert quickly and easily yourself at home.  This pack contains 2 sachets with each sachet containing enough mix for 4 portions of the creamy custard with natural vanilla and chips of caramel topping. Just add milk and cream.

instructions

1. In a saucepan mix the contents of one (white) sachet with 250ml semi-skimmed milk and 200ml of thickened cream. Over a low flame bring it to the boil for a minute, stirring constantly.
2. Pour the cream mixture into 4 ramekins. Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 45 minutes.
3. Just before serving preheat your oven on the grill position with the door open. Sprinkle the top of each serving with the caramel chips (foil packet) and place under the grill for 1 minute as close to the grill as possible, with the door open. Serve. If not consumed keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
