Product Description
A famous Middle Eastern ingredient, Al Rabih Pomegranate Molasses is made in Lebanon and is the real deal. We love using pomegranate molasses to make a delicious salad dressing and it’s great brushed over meats before grilling or barbecuing. Molasses made from pomegranate is used in a similar way to Tamarind in Middle Eastern cooking where it is extensively used.
Pomegranate is also used in countries as far apart as Russia and Mexico. The French non-alcoholic cordial Grenadine is also made from Pomegranate.

Visited Greece in January and tried pomegranate sticky chicken wings, they were so good I wanted to try making them. Purchased Pomegranate Molasses from Culinary Club, it is excellent and meant the glaze was so easy to make and chicken wings turned out wonderfully and are now popular with dinner party guests.
